Diploma in Productivity Improvement and Management for Asian Economy in Transition, Turino, Italy; and Diploma AICD Company Directors Course, Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Perth, Australia.

Specialized in overall management of both social and commercial financial institutions and, in particular
of transformation of a public funded microfinance NGO into triple bottom line commercial bank.
Managed the development of ACLEDA from an organization with 5 branches and US$ 600,000 in assets
in 1993 into a bank with 204 branches and over US$ 470 million U$ in assets in December, 2007.
President and Chief Executive Officer of the ACLEDA Bank. One of the founders of the Association of
Cambodian Local Economic Development Agencies (ACLEDA). Member of the United Nations
Advisor Group for the Year of Microcredit, 2005.
