Sandra D’AMICO

Sandra is currently the Managing Director for HR INC (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, Cambodia’s leading HR Services firm which she founded with two Cambodian Entrepreneurs in 2005. Sandra studied Clothing Production and Design and graduated top of her class. Starting her career in the Garment Industry in South Africa, Sandra worked in design and then moved onto managing the production line for one of South Africa’s leading garment factories producing caps and children’s clothes.
Sandra then moved into the consulting industry working for a leading consulting firm, Bain & Company. She worked across a variety of sectors including airlines, banking and government. Sandra has always had a passion for working with people and her career in Human Resources started at Bain when she moved from consulting into Human Resources where she helped to establish the human resources function for Bain South Africa. Her primary focus was recruitment, performance management and people development.
Sandra moved to Cambodia 5 years ago working primarily in Human Resources and Consulting working closely with Cambodia’s leading NGO’s and companies. Sandra is currently the Vice President of The Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) and also sits on the Centre Advisory Committee
for the Garment Improvement Productivity Centre (GIPC).

NGORN Vanntha
Webmaster, HR Inc (Cambodia) Co., Ltd
Vanntha graduated from University of Technology and Management in the faculty of Compute Science and successful Cisco System Academics Online in 20040.Vanntha join At HR Inc (Cambodia) Co., Ltd in 2006, in close collaboration with donor and partner to develop website, manages the business of the website which included strategic positioning; business planning, Development and updating the website. In addition she works closely with recruitment department.She is undertaking her master degree at Royal University of Law and Economics Science specializes in General Management.

CHHEANG Marida
Head Writer, CHEMS
As an outstanding student from Norton University, Marida joint Singapore International Business Institute as a course consultant to get to understand the reality of practical business experience in the education sector. Marida then moved to BBC World Service Trust as a Drama Script Writer for “taste of life” after more than a year with the previous employer. Then, she worked for BBC Radio, London as a Writer for the Radio.
She is presently the Head Writer at CHEMS after the project at BBC Radio phased out.
Both at work and at university, Marida takes pride in everything she does. She always comes up with fresh ideas and initiatives to solve every difficult moment she has faced with. With such consistent and persistent efforts, Marida has always held top positions one after another.

MAO Pises
Former Interim GM, Digital Divide Data
By December 2007, Pises has worked as Interim General Manager for Digital Divide Data (DDD. Prior to joining DDDD, he was former country HR Manager for Cambodia Beverage Company Ltd, known as The Coca-Cola Cambodia. In early 2005, Pises was one of the co-founders of HR Inc (Cambodia) Co., Ltd with a passion for people and development of Human Resources Management field. Prior to HR Inc, he was recruitment specialist and HR Consultant for Strategic Management Solutions Ltd. Pises graduated his BBA of HR Management from Maharishi Vedic University and he was also MBA candidate at Pannasastra University of Cambodia since 2004. Pises speaks Khmer and English.

KY Channarin
Accountant, HR Inc, (Cambodia) Co., Ltd
Channarin graduated in business administration from Institute of Technology and Management. As an outstanding student and class president, Channarin manages all class activities and trips for her classmates. Thanks to her excellent human relations skills, she was successful as a class president involving in all activities for the team – from initiating activities, collecting and keeping money to spending accountability.
Her human skills make her a soft and tough negotiator at every occasion for the benefits of her team. Immediately after finishing the requirements for her BBA, Channarin was offered a position as administrative and finance officer at HR Inc. With smart and well-organized personality, Channarin is now in charge of accounting, logistics, administrative stuff, tax declaration, bank reconciliation and also playing a role as receptionist.

LEANG Rattana
Human Resources Manager,Ericsson
Graduating near the top of his class, Rattana was one of the brightest and most active graduates in his year. He joined Cambodia Property Ltd in mid 2002 as HR Assistant, shortly after completion of his tertiary studies and moved to a similar position with Caltex 8 months later.
Rattana then spent more than 2 years with Caltex, gaining strong experience in payroll, Cambodian Labor Law, employee relations and recruitment.
It was his ability in the latter area, which enabled him to move to ANZ Royal Bank in mid 2005 as their Recruitment and Remuneration Consultant. Since moving into this role, Rattana has been involved in recruitment and selection of over 100 employees for different levels across this rapidly growing organization.

LONG Visal
Supply Chain and Demand Planning Manager, BAT
A Member of Executive Committee, BAT
A graduate in degree of Economics & Commerce, Visal commenced her career with Jardine Schindler (Cambodia) in 2001.
In striving to find opportunity for career development, Visal joined British American Tobacco (Cambodia) Limited- in 2003 as a management trainee.
Within the two years of development program, Visal has proven herself in leadership skills as well as operational results.
Along with the recognition, Visal rapidly climbs the ladder at BATC where she now is a member of the executive council and holds the position of Supply Chain and Demand Planning Manager.

MENG Sokkheang
Local Consultant for Finance Department, Health Sector Support Project

A curious business learner, Sokkheang began his career in accounting as an Accountant for Erasie Travel Co., Ltd. in 1999. Next, he moved to YGM (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. as an Accounting Supervisor. Then, after two years of experience in the accounting field, Sokkheang joint OISCA International Organization in 2001 as a Finance Officer. A pleasing and mature personality with years of practical experience in the field, Sokkheang left OISCA for Health Sector Support Project (HSSP) shortly before mid of 2004 as a Local Consultant for Finance Department and Grant Management and Program Development Coordinator for National Nutrition Program. Until now, Sokkheang remains in the two positions stated right before.
As a Local Consultant for Finance Department, Sokkheang is seen busy with ensuring the accounting files regularly updated following the HSSP accounting procedures, following up with disbursements related, processing payments for staff and implementing agencies. Also, he needs to ensure that all disbursements are in compliance with policies agreed by joint decisions between the Government and related donors’ policies. As part of his job, he is responsible for training Accountants at implementing units donated by the HSSP.
As a Grant Management and Program Development Coordinator for National Nutrition Program, Sokkheang has been hugely involved with coordinating activities related to preparing documents for requesting for cash, operating the programs, reporting the program status to related donors and management.
