A smiling face along with his loud-, clear-, slow-speaking personality since birth, after finishing his bilingual course at Sisowath High School, Minea chose to go for Mechanical & Industrial Engineering specialty at Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). As an outstanding undergraduate together with his natural-born relationship and leadership building skills, Minea has been always involved in both paid activities and charity in his jobs.
On the side of paid employment, Minea decided, after different short-term projects, to work as a Programme Coordinator for Business Edge TV Show initiated by Mekong Private Sector Development Facility (MPDF), IFC, World Bank. In order to pursue more opportunities, Minea decided to join French-speaking Employment Department (DEF) [a non-profit recruitment agency, and a tripartite project of French-speaking university Agency (AUF), French Cambodian Chamber of Commerce (CCFC) and French-speaking international Organization (OIF)] as a Manager in charge of pre-selection works of potential French-speaking candidates for demanding employers. On the job seeker side, Minea has always been seen busy giving different sessions of orientation for fresh graduates on basic job hunting skills and the labor market opportunities. While for the employer side, he has been busy with releasing lots of job announcements to different media targeting potential candidates for his demanding clients.
After an exchange program, ended mid of 2008, of International Business at CERAM Business School in France, Minea comes back without any attention to work for any others besides helping his friends develop Komnit Khmer Creative & Productions to ensure not only client’s expectation is met but also exceeded that’s where he can ensure his happy client list can keep on going longer. Plus, he co-founded with his brother to set-up PACE Cambodia, M & E Materials Supply and act as the Marketing & Communications Manager.
On the side of charity jobs, Minea became Secretary General, and next President of Student Association of ITC from 2000 to 2002. Upon leaving the university, Minea co-founded the ITC Alumni, an active Member, and next became President of the Alumni Association from 2004 to 2006. At about the same time, since 2004 Minea has been made Secretary General of Young Engineer Section at the Engineering Institution of Cambodia (EIC). Most recently, Minea co-founded Cambodian Professional Network (CAMPRONET) and has insisted to stay as a Vice-President in charge of Corporate Relations.

He grown up to supervisory levels and continues to executive and sales manager. Graduating near the top of his class, Rattana was one of the brightest and most active graduates in his year. He joined Cambodia Property Ltd in mid 2002 as HR Assistant, shortly after completion of his tertiary studies and moved to a similar position with Caltex 8 months later.

A curious business learner, Sokkheang began his career in accounting as an Accountant for Erasie Travel Co., Ltd. in 1999. Next, he moved to YGM (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. as an Accounting Supervisor. Then, after two years of experience in the accounting field, Sokkheang joint OISCA International Organization in 2001 as a Finance Officer. A pleasing and mature personality with years of practical experience in the field, Sokkheang left OISCA for Health Sector Support Project (HSSP) shortly before mid of 2004 as a Local Consultant for Finance Department and Grant Management and Program Development Coordinator for National Nutrition Program. Until now, Sokkheang remains in the two positions stated right before.
As a Local Consultant for Finance Department, Sokkheang is seen busy with ensuring the accounting files regularly updated following the HSSP accounting procedures, following up with disbursements related, processing payments for staff and implementing agencies. Also, he needs to ensure that all disbursements are in compliance with policies agreed by joint decisions between the Government and related donors’ policies. As part of his job, he is responsible for training Accountants at implementing units donated by the HSSP.
As a Grant Management and Program Development Coordinator for National Nutrition Program, Sokkheang has been hugely involved with coordinating activities related to preparing documents for requesting for cash, operating the programs, reporting the program status to related donors and management.

Prior to working in Cambodia, after graduating from an MBA in Paris,
Natharoun previously spent 5 years as a consultant and project manager with Ernst & Young Consulting – later CapGemini. Within the Accelerated Solutions Environment department of this leading business consulting group he was responsible for supporting organizations implementing change management processes and redevelop new strategies, through innovative learning tools and specific methodologies, consulting and training techniques.
Natharoun spent one year as the Country Administrator in Cambodia for Médecins Sans Frontières, where he was responsible for the mission budget, human resources, logistics and support to local partner NGOs.

MAO Savin

As a Consultant within EMC Cambodia’s business consulting and private sector development advisory firm, Mr. Mao plays a key analytical and work-stream management role in EMC Cambodia’s projects. He has extensive project experience on EMC Cambodia’s work in the agriculture and agri-business sectors, as well as in the microfinance sector.
Prior to joining EMC Cambodia, Mr. Mao was with the British American Tobacco in Cambodia, in which capacity he played a key management role overseeing risk management, internal controls, treasury operations, and tax planning and compliance.
In 2001, Mr. Mao co-founded the Cambodian Rural Development Team, a local non-government organization working with the poor to improve their livelihoods whilst conserving natural resources, an organization which he continues to serve as Financial Advisor and Board Director.
In 2006, Mr. Mao co-founded the Conversation with Foreigners, a local English Language Training School with focus on understanding and conversation and taught by foreign volunteers from across the globe. It forms a unique model of learning and cultural exchange to raise money for the Cambodian Rural Development Team to contribute funding to support their core day-to-day operational activities. Mr. Mao takes an active role in the school as Chairman of the Board as well as Director of the School.
